RentalYieldHQ provides free, self-service financial calculators (including a DSCR calculator and a BRRRR modeler), educational articles, and related content for real estate investors. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service's content or calculators for commercial redistribution without permission
